Cary Innovation Center offers entrepreneurs private office space in a shared work environment with flexible lease terms. Lease includes High speed internet access through WiFi, free parking and access to a shared kitchen, an overflow workspace and a conference room (available on a first-come basis booked through a shared calendar). On a nice day you can work on our covered balcony! All tenants have 24/7 access and can use their Suite number as their mailing address.

The following PRIVATE OFFICE types are available AT 201 W. Chatham street:

Exterior office - Large - 160 ft2

Monthly $700.00 per month (furnished)

Note: Can be configured for 1-2 people with a conference table, or for 3-4 people. Examples are shown at right.

Exterior office - medium - 120 ft2

Monthly $615.00 per month (furnished)

Interior office - large - 150 ft2

Monthly $530.00 per month (furnished)

Interior office - small - var ft2

Monthly $390.00 per month (furnished)

NOTE: Unfurnished offices rent for a $50 /month discount off the listed rates.
